Can a group of volunteers in North Carolina build a shelter for homeless dogs solely from one dollar bills? Can a single, crumpled dollar bill provide enough to rebuild after the devastation of a flood? A flood which essentially wiped out a rescue that had saved over 2,000 abandoned, neglected and abused dogs?
As of December 7, 2009, there were 308,104,728 people living in the U.S. How many of those people have ever known the unconditional love of a dog? And of that group, how many would be willing to part with one dollar in honor of that friend's devotion?
WE NEED YOUR HELP. If we raise the following amounts we can provide food, shelter, health care and homes for these beautiful and loving animals!
